Service Description

Want more guidance and support to ensure you stay on track with your health goals? This “as needed” service is suitable if you have already worked with me and would like additional support and/or reassessment. I recommend a reassessment if there have been major changes in your health, such as a new diagnosis, or if it’s been over 6 months since our last session.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a session being counted as utilized.
