HOLISTIC APPROACH TO HEALTH 

You are truly unique. There is no “one size fits all” protocol when it comes to your nutrition and health. In order for you to thrive and feel your best, you need a personalized approach. My services include thorough health assessments that take your bio-individuality into account. Using your assessment, I design a Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan tailored specifically to your unique needs. Healing is a journey, and I want you to experience long-term wellness. Through a therapeutic partnership, we will work together to track your progress over time and adapt your wellness plan, if necessary.

Lifestyle is just as important as nutrition for your overall health and wellness. I will help you build the skills and create the habits to bring your body back into balance, and live the healthy life you deserve by following a holistic approach based on the 6 elements of integrated wellness: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Existential, Rational and Environmental aspects that impact your health. In my practice, I follow a progression model that helps you change your habits pertaining to sleep quality, thought patterns, physical activity, relationships, living space, community, occupation, exposure to toxins and more.

STEP 1

BOOK YOUR CONSULTATION

 

Book your free 20-minute discovery call and fill out the intake questionnaire that I will send to your email address so I can learn more about your unique situation and needs.

 

STEP 2

1-ON-1 INITIAL CONSULTATION

 

We will get to know each other during the initial consultation.  I will learn about your needs, health history, lifestyle, likes and dislikes and how I can best support you. This can be done virtually via Skype or telephone or in person in the Fraser Valley area.

We will review my wellness packages together, and after answering all of your questions, you will select the one that suits you best.

 

STEP 3

YOUR INITIAL SESSION

 

Once we’ve decided on your program, we’ll get you all signed up and scheduled for an initial assessment. You’ll only need to complete an initial questionnaire & consent form before our first session. Then, we’ll map out the rest of your sessions during that initial assessment.

 

STEP 4

FOLLOW-UP SESSION

 

Then, within 7 days, I will come up with a personalized plan of dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations to fit your lifestyle and provide you with a written protocol to implement. I can also provide you with recipes to help you implement my recommendations taking into consideration your nutritional requirements. We will discuss the protocol and answer any questions you may have during this follow-up session.

 

STEP 5

CHECK-IN SESSIONS

 

Here we will track your progress, talk about how my recommendations are going and revise as necessary, plus address any other matters you’d like to address as we continue to work together on your health progression.
